Smokey Mountain Stars Finished!!!!!!!!

I finally got this quilt done. Hand pieced and hand quilted. That's another one done and off to it's new owner my brother, Joe, who lives in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. This one is definitely one of my favorites because it has a real rustic quality.

I tried to get some good up close shots of it. The back is a hunter green flannel equestrian pattern and it's soooooooo soft.

The up close shots are kinda dark but here it is folded and ready to go. Next!!!!!!!!???????

Arkansas Twister topper!!

This has been hanging over me for a while and it was just time to get it done. It is the Arkansas Twister topper that I have been meaning to finish for a while. It was so hard to get a good pic of it...it's so big. But here it is with a close up of some of the corners. This was a fun topper. And now...*sigh*...it goes back into the box to await quilting some day. Time is a precious commodity isn't it??? AAAAHHHHHHHHH dreaming.........
